During my stay at the hotel, I had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, which featured a carefully chosen wine list. I particularly enjoyed being able to sample popular wines by the glass, allowing me to try a variety of selections without committing to a full bottle. the menu also offered a good selection of vegetarian dishes, catering to different dietary preferences. My dining experience was slightly marred by the undercooked bacon at breakfast, with white fat around the edges. the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, and the culinary innovation was apparent in the diverse menu options. the hotel's convenient location near various dining options like Glaslyn, the Real Coffee Stop, Honey and Spice Restaurant, and Caffi Colwyn made it easy to explore the local culinary scene.
